Hi, i seem to have screwed up something with my XP400 Krups Espresso Machine.
I think I overheated it somehow – wanted to heat some milk for a cup of cappuccino but I didn’t go by the book – turned it once to the left to prepare for steaming, waited for the lid to go off but instead of turning it further to the left to start pumping the steam I turned it back to 0

You might find it difficult to find the perfect machine for making cappuccinos, however thanks to the famous German firm Krups, it is no longer a problem. I’ve gone through a number of machines, the majority of which simply make an espresso or regular coffee. If I was able to search the web for machines, I could have probably found a great one, however that is not the solution it could be due to our own voltage system here in North America. Furthermore, in my testing I found that the XP4050 produced both the best espresso and cappuccino, even more reason to like it.

Since then I’ve recommended the XP4050 to all of my friends, but I do admit that its European feel was definitely a deciding factor. Otherwise, whenever I find an excuse to make an espresso I fire it up. Fortunately this machine is carried by many department stores, I bought mine through a reputable online store. It’s already assembled and considering the top notch European technology, it’s affordable.

I have owned a Krups XP4050 for several months, and have learned a lot about it in that time. A lot of coffee drinkers are discussing this small espresso device, so I decided to chime in and present my opinion. Here are my thoughts about the Krups xp4050

To begin with, even though it’s a little machine, it performs very well. I am impressed with the beautiful style and looks of the Krups xp4050, and best of all, it uses up only a small bit of counter top. Most of us do not want a huge machine taking up more space on our counter tops. Its front side is made of eye-pleasing stainless steel, which means I don’t have to put it away when I’m not using it. It waits out on my counter top for me to ask it to make hot water, froth cream, or give me my personal mug of espresso.

There is also a big container for water in the Krups xp4050. In addition, even people with no experience brewing espresso can use this machine. Due to its easy cleaning properties, I am able to make a cup of espresso any time I want. It has a strong pump, and as a bonus, a cup-warming device. Because it is so small, I am able to bring the Krups xp4050 with me whenever I travel out of town. The device is extremely flexible. It features parts that can be swapped out to accommodate a variety of pods.

Thus, in my opinion, the Krups xp4050 simply and quickly brews an excellent mug of espresso any time I want one. I am very happy that I can take it with me wherever I go, and that it was very reasonably priced. I love how it looks on my counter top, it does not take up much room, and I would suggest any coffee lover who wants an excellent espresso maker at an affordable price should purchase this one.
