Krups Espresso Machine problem

 Here is a question I found while searching the Internet for Krups espresso machines information. Hi, i seem to have screwed up something with my XP400 Krups Espresso Machine.
I think I overheated it somehow – wanted to heat some milk for a cup of cappuccino but I didn’t go by the book – turned it once to the left to prepare for steaming, waited for the lid to go off but instead of turning it further to the left to start pumping the steam I turned it back to 0
